România Liberă writes about “ How to retain pensioner contribution for Healthcare?” The publication notes that according to the Constitutional Court decision of March 13, published yesterday on its website, the percentage of 5,5 that represents pensioners contribution to social health insurance, it applies only to pensions income that exceeding 740 Lei. National House of Pensions and Other Social Insurance Rights (CNPAS) announced the new calculation method will be applied automatically and people with pensions lower than 740 Lei should not apply for this. In addition , the article author mentions that CNPAS emphasizes that decisions are generally binding and effective only for the future.

“ Ungureanu face to face with the first motion of no confidence” Jurnalul Naţional headlines and gives details about the topics contained herein. The newspaper quoted the USL co-president , Victor Ponta , who states the motion will be filed with minimum number of signatures required by law to submit, possibly after June 10 , another motion , if the first will not pass. Moreover, Ponta stated that opposition does not rely on ruling power parliamentarians’ votes and the latter is expected to be present in the courtroom , but not to vote, as confirmed by the PDL spokesman, Sever Voinescu.

With the heading “ Who is the new head of ANAF( The National Agency for Fiscal Administration). Evenimentul Zilei elaborates on the topic regarding the replacing of Sorin Blejnar from Tax Authority’s head with Şerban Pop. The daily makes a brief record of professional activity of the new head of ANAF and adds that Sorin Blejnar will be placed in charge of the department for the investigation of large wealth .

Also in Evenimentul Zilei is approached the restitution of nationalized houses issue. This publication contends that the restitution caused new complications for PDL in relation with UDMR and national minorities , who disagree with the government’s draft law on this topic. In the Executive’s intention to place a ceiling on the payment of damages and to stop property restitution in kind , lawyers admit that ECHR( CEDO) does not reject the ceiling, but add the authority’s proposal would not respect the Constitution.

Finally, Adevărul reveals that “ European Union demands low taxes on labour”. Reducing taxes on the field, minimum guaranteed salary and subsidies for first job – are some of the measures that the European Commission announces today, in order to labour market recovery , while unemployment rate rose alarmingly in the community forum.
