Minister of Transport, Sorin Grindeanu, interim in agriculture

The Minister of Transport, Sorin Grindeanu, will provide the interim in agriculture - a decree in this regard was signed by President Klaus Iohannis.
Former incumbent Adrian Chesnoiu resigned last week after DNA (National Anti-corruption Division) accused him of abuse in office.
He denied all the allegations and asked his colleagues in the Chamber of Deputies to approve the prosecutors' request for the lifting of his parliamentary immunity.
The DNA request is being debated today in the Chamber's Legal Commission. PSD, a party from which Adrian Chesnoiu suspended himself from, announced that it will vote in favor of the request, in order to allow the competent institutions to do the necessary research.
