Ludovic Orban is expected at this time at the Chamber of Deputies, at the request of PSD, to give details about the stage of elaboration of the state budget for next year.
The Social Democrats claim that, according to the data they have, the budget for 2021 would provide for increases in taxes and an increase in VAT.
However, Prime Minister Ludovic Orban specified that no new taxes and duties are taken into account and that the project aims to ensure investments in transport infrastructure, health and education.
The budget will also provide the financial resources needed to pay salaries and pensions.
Ludovic Orban also said that he wants the adoption of the new budget until December 31, after the investment of the new Cabinet.
