RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - Last month over one million applications were registered on the labor market, the highest level this year, according to a recruitment platform. 14% of those interested in changing their job applied for remote jobs. More than 84% went to traditional workplaces, with daily physical presence in the office. The field that attracted the most applications is retail, 325.000, followed by call center - 152.000 applications, IT services, telecom, tourism and food industry. The most active candidates are those over 18, who have no experience on the labor market. Those who want to hire are looking for stability and want to make sure they are making the move for a solid company that can easily weather even a more difficult period from an economic point of view.
