It has been 34 years since the 1989 Revolution began in Timisoara, which would lead to the fall of the regime led by dictator Nicolae Ceausescu. The action in support of the reformed pastor Laszlo Tokes, under the supervision of the Security, turned into a real revolt against the communist dictatorship.

Radio Romania Timisoara transmits that the Revolution Memorial will be opened to the public tomorrow, and the organizers have prepared a complex program, through which they provide visitors with information about the events of 1989.

There is also a special section dedicated to visually impaired people, states the president of the Revolution Memorial in Timisoara, Gino Rado.

"It's about Timisoara seen through other eyes, where we try, through specific methods of transmitting information for these visually impaired people. We help them and try to give them information about what happened during the Revolution. We expect a lot visitors on the 16th. We will have, we know very well, many students", said Gino Rado.
