INS: Unemployment rate in Romania increased to 3.9 percent in July

Unemployment rate in Romania increased to 3.9% in July 2019, according to National Institute of Statistics.

This is a 0.1% increase compared to previous month.

Number of people unemployed estimated for July this year was 352,000 persons, an increase as compared to the previous month, but a drop from the same month of the previous year (376.000 persons).

By gender, unemployment rate for men has surpassed the unemployment rate for women by 1.1%, according to INS.
