Romanian Ministry of Energy organizes, on 2 April, in Bucharest, an Informal Meeting of EU Energy Ministers, in the context of Romania’s EU Council Presidency.
Event will be chaired by Romanian Minister of Energy, Anton Anton. Meeting will be attended by European Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy, Miguel Arias Cañete.
In the first session, informal meeting will focus on priorities of EU future energy system, in the prospect of the post-2020 energy transition. A series of directions are expected in this regard, especially since Romania's EU Presidency aims to adopt a set of ministerial conclusions on this topic at the Energy Council on 25 June 2019.
