Health Insurance Houses resume their activity
The county Health Insurance Houses resumed their usual schedule after having corrected the error that had occurred in the computer system and which had led to ceasing activity.

Health Insurance Houses resumed their usual schedule after correcting the error that had occurred in the computer system.
The President of the National Health Insurance House, Nicolae Lucian Duţă, explained that the issue was fixed with no additional charges and did not affect the institution`s database.
He stated, however, that this type of imperfections could occur again in such a complex system.
‘These are issues hard to anticipate in such a complex system, almost among the largest in Europe’, said Nicolae Lucian Duţă.
The Single Integrated Information System, launched in December last year, eliminates, according to the authorities, the possibilities of fraud in this domain, by taking over the reports of medical care, drugs and medical devices providers and properly settling them according to current legal regulations.
The National Health Insurance House also announced that in the next period of time they will closely monitor the operating parameters of the application.
The Single Integrated Information System launched in December at the NHIH benefits of a budget of 100 million euros and is the most important working tool in the activity of Health Insurance Houses.
The NHIH President, Lucian Duţă, issued on Wednesday, January 12, the order of suspension activity in the Health Insurance Houses in the country, due to the issues experienced in the computer system.
