“Golden Stag”/ “Cerbul de Aur” Awards 2018

Inis Neziri (17 year singer from Albania) is the winner of the “2018 Golden Stag” Trophy (Romanian “Cerbul de Aur”) international music festival held during 29 August – 2 September in the City of Brașov, this year at its 18th edition.

Olivier Kaye (Belgium) is the 1st place winner and also People’s Choice nominee, Antonia Gigovska (Macedonia) is the 2nd place winner and Kelly Joyce (France) is the 3rd place winner.

Lidia Isac(Republic of Moldova) – Prize awarded by the Romanian Television and Radio Romania.

Bryan O’Shougnessy (Ireland) – Prize awarded by the City of Brașov.

Damiano Borgi (Italy) – Prize awarded by the County of Brașov.

Over 5,000 people have participated in Brașov Sfatului Square at the Golden Stag International Festival, a remarkable sold-out music event having Romanian and international celebrities on stage. Taking part in the official competition this year, there were 18 performers from 15 countries.

Nicole Scherzinger, former member of the Pussycat Dolls, James Blunt, Amy Macdonald, Gigliola Cinquetti, Edvin Marton and Eleni Foureira were among the international artists performing at Cerbul de Aur.

International star Gabriel Garko, one of the most famous actors in Italy, was the special guest star of the contest and Gala evenings of the Cerbul de Aur Festival, organized and broadcasted by Romanian Television, with the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Company (Radio Romania) as artistic co-producer.
