Constitutional Court has found that the emergency ordinance amending the law on parliamentary elections and organization of early parliamentary elections is unconstitutional.
The Court found that provisions of article I, paragraph 35 of the Ordinance, which eliminates the restrictive condition and allows the voter to vote in any polling station, regardless of the constituency where he has his domicile or residence, violates the fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution.
