Former Health Minister under investigation

Florian Bodog is under investigation for possible acts of abuse of office and forgery.

Former Romanian Health Minister, PSD Senator Florian Bodog, will be heard in Senate’s Legal Commission, in the first session of Senate’s Standing Bureau. According to Chairman of Senate’s Legal Commission, Social Democrat Senator Robert Cazanciuc, Commission will have 14 days to make up a report on request of Anticorruption National Directorate (DNA). Until then, Cazanciuc says, Florian Bodog is allowed to check up on his file.

Radio Romania News Reporter Alina Bordeiaşu reminds that DNA prosecutors have asked the Senate to approve lifting of immunity of former Health Minister Florian Bodog, under investigation for possible acts of abuse of office and forgery.
