Extraordinary session of Romanian Chamber of Deputies next week

Romanian Chamber of Deputies meets next week in an extraordinary session, at the request of the opposition, which has proposed debate on the possibility of removing amnesty and pardon and annulment of ordinance 114.

This normative act is considered by the opposition as the most toxic instrument in the Romanian economy, but the PSD representatives have pointed out that the ordinance also provides for the increase of pensions starting with September 1, or setting a threshold of prices for natural gas and electricity for the population.

Permanent Bureau of the Chamber of Deputies will meet on Monday at noon to establish agenda.
