Practical test for obtaining the driver license will be supported again, in case of failure, without repeating the theoretical test, according to a draft put public debate on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, for a period of 10 days.

Supporting the practical test will be possible after at least 15 days since obtaining the qualification "Rejected", provided six hours of training between two examinations.

According to the Affairs Minister’s draft, Radu Stroe, which will change the examination procedure, functional since 2010, also provides that passing the theory test allows the successive support of the practical test for a period of one year after graduating from theoretical and practical courses.

However, the candidates for mopeds category that prove the graduation before 19 January 2013 of the rate road legislation may appear in the examination without having to prove a driving school graduation.

The full text of the project can be found on the website of Ministry of Interior, under "Transparency decision" and the proposals of those interested are expected by e-mail no later than March 28.
