RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - The Government decided to extend the Rabla Clasic and Rabla Plus programs this year as well.

The executive also gave the green light for the establishment of the first hospital in Romania that will be part of a University of Medicine and Pharmacy, namely the one in Targu Mures.

Reporter: Andrei Serban:

“The two programs expected by those who want to buy new cars, Rabla Clasic and Rabla Plus, will continue this year as well. The two programs were given double budgets compared to last year.

A new program adopted is "First Login". This program addresses families who have water and sewer pipes in front of their homes, but did not have the money to connect to them. Through this program, the Government will support them financially.

The Government also established the first hospital within the structure of a University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Romania, at the one in Targu Mures.

In addition, it has been decided to increase schooling for performing arts faculties from three to four years.

Another novelty is that from next school year, "Green Week" will be established, when students will follow special environmental protection programs.

In the social field, the Executive has adopted the National Strategy for Poverty Reduction, which aims to reduce this phenomenon by 7 percent until 2027. Another 160 million lei have been allocated for the establishment of 100 social centers, without housing, for the elderly."
