Coronavirus: Romania, state of emergency starting on Monday

President Klaus Iohannis announced on Saturday that he has decided to decree state of emergency in Romania starting next week.

"It is very important that measures are taken in time, so that they are effective", Head of State said after the swearing-in ceremony of the members of the Orban 3 Cabinet.
