Constanta enters quarantine on Friday

The city of Constanta enters sanitary quarantine today for a period of 14 days.
The County Committee for Emergency Situations approved yesterday the establishment of this measure after the incidence rate accumulated in 14 days reached 9.11 people infected with COVID-19 per thousand inhabitants.
The restrictions come into force today at 20:00, time at which it will be strictly forbidden to enter or leave the quarantine area.
