Clarifications regarding the COVID certificate

RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - - The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rafila, will present on Wednesday in the government meeting a series of clarifications regarding the importance of the COVID certificate and the budgetary impact it could have, announced government sources quoted by RRA editor Andrei Serban.
The certificate may also record the results of rapid tests for the presence or absence of SARS-CoV-2.
The Minister of Health wants to propose that unvaccinated people receive an electronic voucher with a validity period of two or three months and containing 15 free tests.
It will be used only by employees to perform the required tests at work, the quoted sources also specify.
