CFR Marfa company, "prepared for the transport of large quantities of grain from Ukraine"

The CFR Marfa company is ready to transport large quantities of grain from Ukraine and even believes that it will make a serious profit from this activity.
The general director, Daniel Apostolache, says that since May there has been an increase in grain transport to a level that has not been reached in the last 5 years.
He assures that CFR Marfa is not in danger of bankruptcy and even recorded an operating profit of 77 million lei in the first six months of the year.
Daniel Apostolache: The society can be self-financing and pay all taxes and contributions up to date. Since May, we have also noticed an increase in the turnover of grain transport over the past 5 years. We analyzed, they are the largest volumes, in May-June, transported by grain. CFR Marfa showed that it was the only company that had normal track drills that could be used for rolling stock from Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova.
CFR Marfa currently has a market share of 33%, but it must return to the Ministry of Finance and CFR Infrastructura a debt of over 2.5 billion lei.
