Cereal crisis: A European Commission team will visit Romania on Friday and Saturday

A European Commission team will visit, tomorrow and the day after, Romania to discuss how the export capacity of Ukrainian grains on the Danube can be increased, after Russia left the Initiative regarding the export of grains through the Black Sea and threatens civil maritime transport.
The team of experts will visit the port of Galati and meet with representatives of the River Administration of the Lower Danube, the port authorities and the pilots.
The team of experts will also visit the port of Constanta and meet with representatives of the Romanian Government, the Constanta port authority and the customs authority.
The delegation will also meet with representatives of the operators, transporters and grain traders from the port of Constanta, the European Commission announced.
