Capping energy prices, applied automatically for household customers

The capping of energy prices for the period January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025 will be applied automatically for household customers, depending on the recorded monthly consumption, without the need to take any action.

There are, however, three categories of consumers who must submit applications and declarations in order to benefit from the support measures.

These are: users of medical devices, appliances or equipment and people who have at least three dependent children, aged up to 18 or 26, respectively, if they are in education.

A final category is represented by single-parent families that have at least one dependent child.
