Application that assesses the risk of burnout

An application that assesses the risk of burnout has been launched by the Romanian Health Solidarity Federation, and the first public data can already be viewed, it is shown in a statement. The application is called Baterep; it is the first of its kind and provides relevant information to workers and employers. It is aimed mainly at health workers, the objective being to carry out a national screening in order to evaluate the risk of burnout, but it can also be used by people in other domaines.
