Several hundred Romanians protested on Saturday in the University Square in Bucharest, demanding Government resignation.

As RRA Reporter Andrei Șerban said, protestors voiced support for former Chief Prosecutor of National Anticorruption Directorate, Laura Codruța Kövesi - placed two days ago under judicial control, banned from leaving the country or talking to journalists - and accused Government of intentions to subordinate the Judiciary.
