Almost 3.400 schools across the country teach online exclusively

Almost 3.400 schools across the country are holding online courses exclusively because of the COVID-19 epidemic, 286 more than yesterday - says the Ministry of Education.

Almost 5.000 schools operate in the hybrid system, and in 9.300 units normal learning is applied, with all students present in the classrooms.

Among the schools that switched to the red scenario, only 385 of them presented cases of COVID-19, the others adopting this measure due to the high incidence of infections in the cities where they are located.
