Ministry of Foreign Affairs organizes a seminar on June 29 for information on opportunities for Romanian companies offered by the construction of the new headquarters of NATO in Brussels, Belgium.

The seminar will be held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representatives of the International Secretariat of NATO will present details of the procurement procedures for the new headquarters of the Alliance, the qualifying criteria and practical ways through which the Romanian companies and firms concerned can get involved in the project.

Fields of activity for which will be organised international auctions focuses on acquiring information and communications equipment, maintenance and operation of the new headquarters, including companies providing sanitation services, maintenance and service for utilities, furniture, finishing in construction, consulting services and other access opportunities offered by the NATO program procurement.

For example, equipment and utilities for defence purpose for some specific objectives of NATO.

A programme of the meeting will be published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs www.mae.ro.

Registrations until June 22.

Romanian companies and firms interested in the project have the opportunity to sign up to attend the seminar organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the dps@mae.ro email address, where you must specify the name of the participant, theme, series and number of the CI/BI, and company or firm that you represent and the area of activity thereof.

MAE recommends the participation by a representative at a level as high, decision-making and English language speaker , bearing in mind that the work of the seminar will be carried out in English

language.

MAE specifies that no charges are levied for participation, and the procedure for registration closes on June 22, 2012, at 16: 00.
