3.350 cases of COVID-19 infection - 20.12.2020

Authorities announced yesterday 3.350 cases of infection with the new coronavirus out of 12.234 tests, the balance thus exceeding 590.000 infections since the onset of the pandemic.
Most cases were registered in Bucharest - 600; 98 deaths were also reported, the total number being 14.394.
At the moment, 1.267 patients are hospitalized in Intensive Care Units.
So far, 498.777 people have been cured.
