"220 pediatric vaccination offices" are active in Romania

Host: Less than a week before the start of vaccinating children between 5 and 11 years old in our country, over 2.800 appointments were made on the special platform - said the coordinator of the Immunization Campaign, Valeriu Gheorghita. He said that so far, 220 pediatric vaccination offices are active nationwide.
Valeriu Gheorghita: There are six pediatric vaccination offices in Bucharest, one in each sector, two pediatric vaccination offices in Ilfov County and there are another 21 inactive pediatric vaccination offices that will be updated and activated in the platform, depending on addressability and the decisions of the county public health directorates. The vaccination campaign will start on January 26, next Wednesday. The delivery schedule for pediatric doses has been modified in the sense that all 114.000 doses will arrive in Romania on January 25 and will be distributed to the regional storage centers, and later to the county public health directorates.
