2.121 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2

2.121 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 were registered following the tests performed at national level, informs, on Tuesday, the Strategic Communication Group.
These are cases that have not previously been confirmed positive.
As of Tuesday, 139.612 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus have been confirmed in Romania.
109.898 people were declared cured.
According to the Strategic Communication Group, to date, 2.540.222 tests on SARS-CoV-2 infection have been processed at the national level.
Of these, 23.476 were performed monday through tuesday, 14.771 based on medical protocol and 8.705 on request.
