2.069 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 in Romania

2.069 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 were registered following the performance of 10.051 tests at national level, informs, on Monday, the Strategic Communication Group.
These are cases that have not previously been confirmed as "positive".
Until Monday, 157.352 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus were confirmed in Romania.
A number of 118.912 people were declared cured.
To date, 2.681.588 tests for SARS-CoV-2 infection have been processed nationwide.
10.051 were performed Sunday through Monday - 6.605 based on medical protocol and 3.446 upon request.
Another 56 people infected with the new coronavirus died, the total number of deaths in Romania reaching 5.467.
