12 February: CCR discusses "legal conflict on State Budget Law"

Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) is going to discuss on February 12 notifications regarding existence of a legal conflict between the Government and the Parliament on the State Budget Law 2020 and State Social Insurance Budget Law 2020.
Romanian Executive assumed responsibility for the two normative acts.
Notifications were made at the end of last year by the Presidents of the two Chambers of Parliament.
