"Black Tuesday for USL" writes Evenimentul Zilei and lists "three evil hours". The first is the plagiarism scandal that exploded in the Romanian and international media. Second, the culture minister declared incompatible. And last says that that Evenimentul Zilei would be nominated by Ecaterina Andronescu for Education - the most controversial minister who led the educational system in Romania. The incompatibility of its years not ended yet.

About the first bad hour, România Liberă writes that "The prime minister tried to dismantle the accusations of plagiarism using false arguments. Four law professors consulted by the newspaper would disband Ponta’s defense". They say that in the prime minister’s doctoral work he would be copied without even bothering to change the style of the authors’ brands. Journalists also write that, in trying to defend himself, Victor Ponta launched inexactitudes for throwing in ridiculous subject. What are they, you read the Free Romania.

Instead, Jurnalul Naţional writes about a "plot of plagiarism". Charges brought to Prime Premier would have been launched through a TVR channel where people of PDL occur, close people to president Băsescu. The journal draws attention that the American publication Nature,, which wrote first about the plagiarism, doesn’t public also relevant evidence, but only three declarations of some specialists in the country. Among them there is also the "right hand of Valeriu Stoica."

"Hidroelectrica: leadership incompetence becomes sabotage of the national economy", we read in Ziarul Financiar. "Three people have decided that the largest company must enter into insolvency, but they will bear the consequences of an entire country". Current situation is the result of ten years of ineffective management, political appointments in key functions of company management, contract damages from which the "boys of you waiting" has been enriched and Hidroelectrica lost about 1.5 billion euros. The real stake of the insolvency of these contracts could be terminated, said BBC.

From Evenimentul Zilei learn that "Petrom promises investment for small royalties". The government gives signs that will give the lobby to OMV, which says that they will leave in Romania one billion euros per year "if there is a favorable environment". An ambitious plan, conditioned by the state "cooperation". Last year, Petrom had a record profit of 900 million more than the amount received from privatization of state in 2004. Royalty is minuscule: four dollars per barrel.

In Adevărul we read: "Traian Băsescu, surrounded by USL". From USL initiative, the Constitutional Court will not judge the decisions of Parliament that could address the representation of Romania in Brussels or suspension of the president. The Chamber of Deputies adopted yesterday the project; it only remains to be submitted to the Senate, as the Chamber to decide. It is not the first time the Constitutional Court Law is changed for political reasons, writes Adevărul. Also here we read about a "Science-Fiction Center for the perfect pill". In Iaşi, 25 science people work with equipment of 4 million euro to discover and create personalized medicines.
