308 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Romania, according to the Strategic Communication Group. 31 were declared healed and discharged (22 in Timișoara, 8 in Bucharest and one in Iași).
31 new cases of illness have been reported in the last 24 hours.
New patients are aged 17 to 89 years old.
The number of people under institutionalized quarantine also went up to 4,044, and tests are carried out to detect if they have contacted the new Covid-19 coronavirus. Another 45,432 people are isolated at home, under medical supervision.
